Once upon a time I was a naïve teenager in a middle-class town in South East England. I believed that life was a simple process of getting good grades, leading to university, a good job and a happy life.
Since then, I’ve studied for degrees in Environmental Biology and International Development; qualified as a Chartered Accountant; spent seven years working in humanitarian aid; lived in five different countries; and worked for two large multi-national companies leading teams of up to 100 and being part of global projects.
I’ve seen friends and colleagues succeed and struggle following many different paths.
Along the way I’ve learned and applied simple tools and behaviours that I wish I’d known at the start of my journey.
Now I want to share my knowledge and experience to help young people maximise their chances of achieving a happy and fulfilling life.
